CANCELLATION
POLICY :

Low Season
50%
of the total room/package for the total duration
reserved shall be
charged to the guest in the event cancellation made
within 6 days prior
to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
-
Peak Season
50%
of the total room/package for the total duration
reserved shall be charged to the guest in the event
cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in
date or in the event of NO SHOW.
In
the event of cancellation not in accordance to the
above conditions a 5% administrative cost shall
also be imposed to the guest.
