RATES INCLUDES :

Rates are quoted + subject to 10% service charge.
•
No Government tax is applicable on Langkawi Island.
•
Room Rates are inclusive of Complimentary Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children below 6 years old. Child between 6 years old to 10 years old are chargeable at RM10.00 per pax. Children above 10 years old is chargeable at adult’s rate.
•
All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Surcharge of RM60.00 per room per night are applicable on the eve and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown below.
•
Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM60.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast.
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•
Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•
Compulsory Dinner during Festive Seasons are applicable to children and are chargeable as follows :
- Children Age 6yrs to 10 yrs – chargeable at 60% of the amount advertised.
- Children 10 yrs and above – Full Rate
- Children below 6 yrs old – Free-of-Charge

Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly ( individually or Group ).
•
Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•
Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
•
Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.
•
Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed
•
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•
Credit Cards provided must belong to the person that is making the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
•
Low Season

50% of the total room/package for the total duration reserved shall be
charged to the guest in the event cancellation made within 6 days prior
to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
   
•
Peak Season

50% of the total room/package for the total duration reserved shall be charged to the guest in the event cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

In the event of cancellation not in accordance to the above conditions a 5% administrative cost shall also be imposed to the guest.

A surcharge of RM60.00 per room per night is applicable on the following dates :

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We are located about 7 Kilometers from Langkawi International
Airport and about 27 kilometer from Kuah Jetty.

Prearranged Airport Transfer : RM60.00 for a return transfers for
3 persons including baggage.

Taxi From Airport to Resort : RM20.00 per taxi per way for 3 persons
with baggage Taxi From Kuah jetty to Resort : RM25.00 per taxi per
